The function of marine cable tray is usually used to erect utility and industrial cables. Cable support generally has metal support and composite support. Metal to metal is usually made of steel or aluminum alloy rolled into the required profile, welded or assembled with fasteners. However, in many severe environmental conditions, the use of metal support is easy to rust, and the maintenance cost of facilities is high. The use of composite materials (FRP) as supporting materials for cables, pipelines, etc., has corrosion resistance characteristics, in line with the fire, low smoke, non-toxic safety standards, so it has been widely used.

The continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting composite is mainly composed of glass fiber and thermosetting resin. The tensile strength of glass fiber is very high (3450mpa), its content, length and laying form determine the strength of support products.
The strength of thermosetting glass fiber reinforced composite can be in the range of 30-1000mpa. Therefore, our company designs the dosage, length and laying form of glass fiber according to the stress, output, production process and price bearing capacity of the products.
2. no creep
The rigidity of the continuous fiber-reinforced thermosetting composite cable support produced by our company is twice that of the fiber-reinforced nylon support produced by an American company. Even under long-term load, it will not deform, and it will not incline down like the metal cable bracket used in some cities.
3. fire prevention
Oxygen index is an important test method to evaluate the cable fire products. Oxygen index refers to the fire resistance of fire-proof products under the condition of large oxygen. The use in the project shall be determined according to the combustion intensity. For example, under the condition of 30 cables, in case of cable ignition accident, high temperature heat accumulation of more than 500 degrees can be formed within 4 minutes, which results in the cable burning along the strike. The more cables there are in the denseness of cables, the greater the mass of combustible is. When there are 30 cables, the mass of fuel per unit length is 20.5kg/m. Now, the mass of fuel per unit length is 158kg / m based on 300 cables. The oxygen index shall not be less than 65% based on the burning intensity that is likely to occur. In our opinion, 70% oxygen index in the fire protection standard is suitable.
According to the use requirements, the oxygen index of composite cable support developed by our company is more than or equal to 70%. Meet the safety requirements of low smoke, halogen-free and non-toxic. The fireproof performance is higher than that of "technical specification of fiberglass plastic cable tray for underground railway" (oxygen index is 52%) in Taiwan, and also higher than that of reinforced thermoplastic support of a company in the United States. This index has not been lower than the index of the fire protection standard of composite materials used by the new vehicles of Hong Kong Metro certified by British BS.
4. corrosion resistance
Continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting composite scaffolds are corrosion-resistant, especially suitable for humid, salt fog, acid and weak alkali environments.
5. electrical affinity
The edge performance can be adjusted according to the use requirements.
A) electric edge type, with edge resistance greater than 1000g Ω;
B) antistatic type, with surface resistance less than 10g Ω.
6. Easy to use
The product is directly built into the wall through embedded installation, with accurate and firm positioning and convenient construction. It can also be drilled or self tapped. It will not damage the cable and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
